I've been using glide64 ever since I got evoodoo, and I think the only real disadvantage with the "Glide64-Evoodoo parity" is you dont know if a problem is caused by glide or evoodoo. Here's a few screenshots which I cant determine which one it is. Maybe you guys can help me decipher the cause. Thanx.
Here's a screenshot for Turok 2 (although the whole turok series does this.)

Mario64 menu. The box is also in the wrong place (its beside the stats instead of on the stats.)

Look at the castle. It does this in a lot of games.

i find the mario one extremely odd, as it works perfect here. all the rest im not sure, but you could try getting new drivers from www.intel.com ;) also, in econtrol, make sure "fast alternate zbuffer mode" and "alternate lighting system" are UNCHECKED. :)

Hmm, updating drivers messes up the gfx on a lot of games especially with Jabos plugins. I'm content with the 6.1 drivers. But I did have that "Fast Alternate Z Buffer" thing checked, so Im going to see what it does unchecked. Thanx man. What is that option supposed to do anyways?

PS Do anyone experience any of the other problems?

Well, it looks like its your video card that is causing the problems, We are trying to figure out why you get transparency problems but there doesnt seem to be a way to fix this ???

Hey the Fast Z buffer thing worked! It solved for Mario and Banjo Kazooie. Thanx.

I updated my drivers a week ago and they didnt solve the problem. (so I went back to my old ones)

What transparency problems are you refering to CPU Master?

no problem, glad i could help. i would take a guess that it is another method of emulating the zbuffer, more glitches but possibly faster. just a guess. :)

dkr? You mean diddy kong racing? I dont have a problem with that game. Its just the screenshots that are posted. The one game that I really want to fix is the Turok Series text. Otherwise, I dont know about the rest.

Gamer, your transparency problems are caused by your 3D card

Intel i810 is a problematic card, some D3D things are unimplemented... like specular lighting

Ok, well not much that I can do then...Thanx Mcleod.
