stupid IE...

on both of my computers internet explorer doesn't let me acces hotmail. i go to the log in page, enter my username and password, and then click sign in, but it just goes tot he next page and gives me and error saying the page cannot be displayed. this is the same for the other members of my family with hotmail accounts. i know it isn't our account because i can log in fine using netscape. does anyone know why this might be happening?

im not sure what i should do, reinstall ie?? already tried that, don't work.

or, reinstall the encryption? if thats the case, how do i do it?
