Duke Nukem 64 GFX bug

Hi, I have a problem. Every time I ran Duke Nukem 64 there is this nasty graphics bug. Does anyone know why it occurs? It's like cut off edges and you can see through walls

My specs are: 766Mhz, 128 Ram, GeForce2MX/400, DirectX 8.1, Windows 98SE

The same thing happened on Project 64 1.4, and the same thing happens on 1964 emulator. I'm guessing it's just the buggy Rom, but just want to make sure. Anyone else have this problem?
