Looks like there is a patch for the commercial emulator vgs that lets it run on xp/2000.

Yeah but VGS doesn't run much. ePSXe is soooo much better.

yep, but the compatability is nearly 100% on vgs :D dont get me wrong tho u cant beat epsxe
