ok thanks to the Guys reporting this so it can be fixed.

Open the project64.cht file in the text editor
& then perform find (search) for //Super Mario 64

1st will be the U version you will see at the end of the CRC C:45]
paste over the old Cheat0 with the new one here.

2nd will be the E version you will see at the end of the CRC C:50]
paste over the old Cheat1 with the new one here.

Now save All fixed :)
