ok can anyone give me a list of tools i can use to make a good video dll im ok with C++... can u give me a list of the tools or any type of online or purchasable resource thanks...

the DirectX and/or OpenGL SDK, any C++ compiler program (VC++ recomended) for Windows based plug-ins

The XFree, Mesa and OpenGL SDKs, EMacs, gcc++ compiler for *unix.
