to be honest I'm not too impressed of those ocarina songs - but in OOT the Gerudo Vally music is SWEET (No Î'm not a softy but If there would be remix of that song for GC - I'd buy it!!)

I suggest you head over to overclocked and pick up the Scott Peeples remix of the Gerudo Valley Song

Gerudo valley music DEFINITELY... but that isn't an ocarina song so I'm going for the Bolero of Fire and Nocturne of Shadow.
