Umm...you know how someone said IE5 fixes the 512mb ram problem on Win.98?Well...how am i gonna install IE5 if i cant go online?

IE5 installer connects to M$'s servers to dl IE's components. thats why the installer is <1mb, yet IE takes up 10mb+

Surely you can just install it straight from a CD?
