Yes, under the thread look way down in the bottom right corner. There is a drop down menu that lets you do all the moderator fuctions to a post.

theres also some mod controls that you can make announcements and stuff, pretty cool

if you dont know what your mod crtl link is, heres a quick way to find it, go to anyones profile, and scroll down to the bottom, and click "user options", that will take you to the vB mod control panal (or if you are an admin to the vB admin crtl panal)
