Nba Hang Time 64 Slow Problem

is there any way u can speed up nba hang time?
its like killer instinst gold ..
i can run ocarina of time perfectly and many other games but i want to play this game at ~60 fps..
zelda and other games run like 55-60 fps so why that game run so slow?
can any1 help me?

Maybe it is just the rom itself? try to dl a different one ???
