Which emu should I use? My stats are below. The only game I really want to play is Zelda (both).

Any emulator should work fine, though I would tend to recommend the established favourites, 1964 and PJ64.

Try them both out, they are only very small downloads. Both should run at around the same speed.
and I keep all version just in case goes the same for plugins

actually, now that 1964 8.3 is not avaliable, pj64 1.4-1.5 is the better option. the avaliable version of 1964 (7.3) cant do the jpeg thing, the static backgrounds would not look good.
in conclusion, use pj64 for Zelda OoT. Zelda MM doesnt have static backgrounds afaik, so you could use anything for that.

Good point about the jpeg backgrounds PJ64er, I didn't think about that (as I have the latest 1964, that was removed).
