They are already included with PJ64. Just start the game you want to cheat on, and press Ctrl + C.

but if there are not cheats in your PJ64 Cheats file then i personally would like users to go to the site in my sig as i feel they are the most trusted & reliable cheat sites, for the U & E regions :)
