[REQUEST] Black Frame Insertion for CRT image quality

Hello there!

I registered here to let you guys know of a method called "LightBoost Hack" which enables users with a 120Hz monitor to get rid of ghosting and blur and achieve CRT like fast image quality without any negative side effects in image quality.

Simply put: CRT quality and smoothness on an LCD is possible!
For emulator gaming on an LCD this is a godsend.

The MAME developer team is incorporating "Black Frame Insertion" which enables 60fps/60Hz gaming to make use of the LightBoost Hack. That way you can game on your 120Hz LCD and enjoy as good as a picture quality and smoothness as on an good old CRT.

It would be very nice to see the Project 64 dev team to incorporate this into their software, as it is pretty simple to patch and achieves so much with it.
