I recently changed my computer and I transfered the "save" folder so I could keep playing. I'm right before the game ending, but strangely, in my new pc, the save puts me with four hearts at Kakariko. I tried saving the game again in the old pc and moving the "save" folder again, with no success. This is really strange, someone has an idea of what is happening?

Are you sure that the save folder you are copying is the one where PJ64 is currently placing its saves? (The folder can be changed in PJ64's settings.) If it was changed to a different folder, the old folder would still have older saves in it from before the setting was changed (assuming no one deleted them).
