Whats an overdump rom?

I just checked my Goldeneye rom with GoodN64 and it said it was an overdump rom or an "o1" rom...What does that mean?

It means at the end of the rom there is a bunch of extra data that is not supposed to be there.

[o] An overdumped ROM image has more data than is actually in the cart. The extra information means nothing and is removed from the true image.
