Low FPS

Perhaps if you post the Dolphin revision you're using and the settings you're using with the emulator then someone will be able to help you.

What have you tried?

I've definately had this happen to me on my laptop, but not on my computer. (although even on my new homemade fastest home computer games still go a little slow, but not like my laptop) Here's a few things to look at. Does it happen all the time, or on playing it? Have you tried closing all tasks (said your processor is not a Quad processor) Like maybe playing a lighter game makes it go faster. (I have Mario Kart: DD on the GameCube, so I know it's a game that might require a higher RAM) Also have you tried lowering the quality and reducing the screen size? There are probably many other things you could try, but I can't remember off the top of my head. At least I tried to help. Too bad I couldn't advise you much else...
