TMU speed

Where is the option to adjust TMU speed in the program? I read in the combatibility list that if i increase tmu speed to 4 for marvel vs capcom ii runs better but i cant find the option...any help appreciated!

ok i found out that this option exists only in demul 0.1 not the last wip edition i was using....so ignore my previous post!
