On Zelda 2 the floors seem to be black in quite a few areas, is there any way to fix this, picture is attached. Thanks

This is caused by the gfx drivers you are using or the gfx card it self, give us some more details on the pc you have so that we can confirm this!
The recommended gfx cards for Jabo's GFX plugin are nVidia or Radeon based, Voodoo based cards do well when you disable Advanced AGP. ATI Rage, Intel 810, ... won't cut it!

Ah this is the Milkway. No problems like this here. Make sure you are using Direct 3D HAL and not Direct 3D T&L HAL. I did have some problems with vanishing floors with T&L enabled. But this didn't affect Zelda:MM.
But this error is really severe so I would also rather suspect a bad video card and/or driver.
