computer specifications? (speed/processor, ram, video, soundcard) define "doesn't work" - what Windows version, what game? is it a verified good game dump? etc etc etc...
The person who made this site has nothing to do with Project64 and will not help you with your problem. As smcd already pointed out, you are poor at describing your problem - how can you expect us to help you without any necessary information?
