Controler help for Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2??!!

I've got Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 ....everything works great except I can't grind!
I'm using a Logitech dual action controler...
/I've tried to configure the N'rage plug-in, but I still can't figure out how to grind!!! Can you tell me how to map my controls? WTF? Help me, Please!

I finally figured it out!!! To grind I have to tap forward on the left analog stick...which is hard to do when I'm steering with the directional pad with the same hand! /Hopefully I can map this to another button!?
