no$gba cant save game shin megami tensei devil survivor

I'm use no$gba to play shin megami tensei: devil survivor, i got problem when save game, it show error "...Turn off the power and reinsert the DS card"
How can solve this problem?
I set NDS backup media: FLASH 512KB

What version of No$Gba are you using nd are you sure Flash 128KB is what Devil Survivor uses? (because you know, judging by the error, Flash 128KB is not the right savetype for Devil Survivor)
