I am using a n64 USB converter and all works, except there is not enough throw on the joystick, probably about 75% of what it should be. Is there any way to increase the throws?

As of now there is no configuration setting to adjust the dead-zone or gain of the analog joystick axes, but if you are comfortable building the emulator from source code I can tell you what code to change in order to get higher gain.
