I'm running Ubuntu and I didn't know if anyone has links to where I can download the best and most recent plugins for this emulator.

All the plugins available for linux (that are up to date and any good) come bundled with mupen64plus.

I made a wiimote plug-in, but it isn't really finished yet, though it's functional.
However, you can only find it on the SVN of Mupen64Plus.
