No way to play from disc?

I'm new to this emu and probably will sound dumb asking this, but I can't tell 100% for sure. Are you not able to run discs from CDR or GDROM at all? It HAS to be ripped from the disc? And are .cdi images or cue+bin OK?

GDROM, no. CDR, yes (I think so anyway). Use the gdrDemul GDROM plugin and configure it to use the right drive
