Ok, now, is there any way i could get a connection with the net on No$GBA?

No. The Wi-Fi work in No$Gba is preliminary at best.

now then how does the link work (with another game, not the net) ?
at least it says it can link
when i try it it blocks

linking works for GBA games but not DS, i think.
