I played Zelda OoT for a bit on Project 64 1.6, and then exited out. I came back and it said....

""Error
Cannot Open Rom Because Plug-Ins Have Not Been Initialized"

It also says somewhere

"Error
The default or selected video plugin is missing or invalid.
You need to go into Settings and select a video (graphics) plugin. Check that you have at least one compatible plugin flie in your plugin folder."

"Error
The default or selected audio plugin is missing or invalid.
You need to go into Settings and select a audio plugin. Check that you have at least one compatible plugin flie in your plugin folder."

"Error
The default or selected input plugin is missing or invalid.
You need to go into Settings and select a input plugin. Check that you have at least one compatible plugin flie in your plugin folder."

"Error
The default or selected RSP plugin is missing or invalid.
You need to go into Settings and select a RSP plugin. Check that you have at least one compatible plugin flie in your plugin folder."

I am using Windows Vista and PJ64 1.6.

I looked at the plug in settings and there are no plugins whatsoever. There was some before I left. I also tried to look at the User Manuel/FAQ and it wouldn't come up. I checked the Plugin folder of PJ64 and 9 plugins are there there but they don't register as being on the program.

The plugins I told you about are..

Adaptoid_v1_0.dll
Jabo_DInput.dll
Jabo_Direct3D6.dll
Jabo_Direct3D8.dll
Jabo_Dsound.dll
No Sound.dll
NRage_DInput8_V2.dll
RSP.dll
Zilmar_Audio.dll

It looks all four different plugins, right?

What do I do?

The plugins folder or the Project64 folder? I tried the plugin folder and it didn't work.

You can set up Project64 so that it looks for certain files (be that plugins, saves, etc.) in folder that you specify.

options --> Settings --> Directories

Of course, you don't have to mess around with the directory path if you simply install Project64 to, say, C:\

=/ That didn't work either.

But it's weird, if I try to open a plugin with PJ64, it says it fails obviously. But after I do that, if I try to open a ROM, it works a bit, but then it freezes and I have to do it again.

And sometimes after I do what I did above, the cheats aren't there at all. =/
