Playing with more than 2 ppl

I'm running Mario Party 3 on 1964's netplay. It is showing on Kaillera that the game has a max of 2 people. Is this an emulator specific problem or Kaillera limit?

i have the same problem. i can't find a limit to change, is there any way?

Kaillera only supports two players. The emulator supports as many players as the controller plugin and the game allow.

Alright thnx, guess there is no way around that until an alternative from Kaillera comes around. Its odd though how I see some of the N64 games like Smash Brothers show 1/16 player slots sometimes.

hmm, i just tried to play with 3 players over LAN. "max players" was set to 2, but a third player just could join and play with us. i think it would also work with 4 players...

Good that someone proved me wrong. I was under the assumption that Kaillera is strictly for 2 players.

I've had four player online games with Mario Kart 64. Good times. I think I was on Project64K at the time.
