Intel's integrated chips are known to cause these kinds of problems. Furthermore, Rice Video plugin is something that doesn't work properly with Intel chip (plus, Glide64 and Jabo's Direct3D8). Your only viable option is to update the Intel drivers and use Jabo's Direct3D6 plugin.

Or, you know, get an actual video card.

Ok, I updated my Intel driver and when I click Jabo's Direct3D6 video plugin I get the message:
"Direct3D failed to initialize your HAL device make sure you have a properly configured 3D graphics card compatible with Direct3D 6.0."
Then another message pops up saying
"The default or selected video plugin is missing or invalid."
"Check that you have at least one compatible plugin file in your plugin folder."

Alright, I fixed all that now and now when I run the game Conkers Bad Fur Day, it goes REALLY slow along with the sound, and some of the colors are messed up such as his fur is white when it is supposed to be orange. The flames from candles are little black boxes instead of flames. Also, the framerate is usually 40-50 fps.

When textures are white, that means that your graphics hardware fails to meet the minimum requirements set by emulator and game(s). Some games demand more than others, especially demanding are the likes of Concer, GoldenEye, Perfect Dark and Majora's Mask, to name a few.

1. You use XP, Dx10 is definitely not on there.
2. its a Inte 8xxxx series, even worse. doesn't support TnL, or pixel shaders.
