No. No other GC emulator aside from maybe Gekko (which isn't public and is in development) even boots games as well as Dolphin does. If you want to play Pokemon XD, buy a GameCube. It isn't expensive.

eBay has been invented. Use it. I'm sure Germany has its share of communities that specialize in trading used hardware, games and what have you.

pokemon xd does work in dolphin but only if you run shadow the hedgehog first and use dual core and the directx9 plugin.
