IIRC, because the game isn't properly supported by the emulator. I could be wrong though.

What version of sixtyforce are you using, and have you tried messing with the plugin settings? This list (http://www.sixtyforce.com/compatibility/) says it is not compatible, though that may not be true for more recent versions of the emulator.
