Please help me, i have a really bad graphics problem with JFG!!!!
I applied the crack, it worked, and I checked it with goodN64, and it was fine. When I played it the player models were so screwed up, they were like, split into fragments and the fragments were jumbled together, and there are huge amounts of polygons missing. Please help me, the game is really messed up, well, at least the player models are.
Specs:
Celeron 500Mhz
Around 192 MB of RAM
ATI Radeon 32MB PCI

try enabling "Force depth compare" (video plugin, advanced tab)

Do the character models look like this guy...?
If so, switch the geometry transforms to Automatic.

When I tried running it, the people were fine, and the background was messed up (not to mention it was slow as hell... but I suppose if I stopped being so picky I could run it nominally with the audio disabled...)
*sigh* Some games emulate great, others are such that you might as well get the game off ebay... which I am currently seriously considering...
Oh well, I wonder how many N64s are still on the shelves...
Jet Force Gemini is the only game which has never quite emulated properly. Annoying. (all other games have been nominal)
Well, if you get it to run properly, tell me how you did it.

Project64 is not supposed to be an alternative to buying the game you know.
if you've done everything in this thead and the FAQ i can't think of anything else

Don't get me started on legal issues... legally speaking all emulation is illegal regardless of whether or not you own the console and/or game that you are emulating.
The "24 hrs and then delete" and "own it already" exceptions are just Internet rumors. In reality, it is all illegal because somewhere along the lines someone must copy the game, which violates the copyright.

Thanks for the info, but automatic doesn't work for me, i used internal and it worked fine except it screwed up the backround in the ver beginning where the guy is running, not like I care anyway, other than that, it works fine as long as i run it without audio.

I figured it probably would. It's just that I'm too picky to run it without audio. Argh... maybe I should search for a compatible audio-plugin...
