Office XP Pro installation help needed!

Every time I run Office XP installation of whatever type: Full, typical, etc. There will always be this one certain file that I just can't bypass. It keeps on saying that it can't read the file while the file is already in the directory and just been added by the installer! One of them is MSSP3EN.LEX. That's the one I remembered. That file always gets in the way of a Custom Installation.

I just installed Windows XP Pro(clean) to my HD, I ran the Windows updates and downloaded all of the neccessary update files. But it just won't work. Can someone tell me what is the problem and how I can fix it?

Hehe, it's burned. But the thing is, that error never occured to me before I did the format and made the clean install. The thing worked many times before...
