If No$Gba doesn't play it, I don't think the rest of the NDS emulators will either.

I wouldn't say so. Some games that don't work properly on no$gba do work on other emulators, like The World Ends With You (graphic problems, iDeaS seems to run it, although it's slow) or Yoshi's Island (some kind of bug, don't remember if it's iDeaS or Desmume that can run it). But I don't own none of those three games to test them myself.

i found out that it runs in ideas 1.0.2.4 beta slowly and with many bugs
and also in desmume 7.3 mod2 it shows only the main menu then it stops
