.7z into .z64.... how?

i've downloaded Star Fox 64 and the format it was in was .7z. Project 64 can't play that and i need to convert it to .z64. Does anyone know how to do that?

Also, i got the program, "7-Zip", and it makes no sense to me. Is this the program i use to convert it, because i tried for the last thirty minutes, and i still can't play.

Then, you are not able to use an emulator, because it's much harder to configure an emulator than UNPACKING a rom from AN ARCHIV.
Only 1 search on google would bring the result, that you can unpack *.7z with 7-Zip and WinRar aswell... >.<

tried to google for "7z" by any chance? www.google.com/search?q=7z that's about as far as this should go (possibly further) as it's obvious you downloaded the game instead of dumping it, which we don't talk about... not trying to be a jerk about it, just the rules of the board
