ROM country codes and flags

After fixing the flag issue, I took a closer looks at this code.

I see we have a Japan/USA flag icon and a Fix:Me in the file saying to add it. Before I just fix away, I was wondering if there actually are such ROMs. I have the GoodROM set and extracting the most popular games only leaves with Austrilai 0x55, Europe 0x50, Japan, and USA.

On another note, why do we have the flag and Country as two separate columns? I think ideally the flag would go next to the country in the country column.

Also, just a note the flag column text is currently not translated.

Yes these roms do exist. For example 1080 is a USA/Japan... So go ahead and add it.

There's a japanusa.png in trunk already.

I know, but the Gtk GUI wasn't ever loading it. Since Japan/USA ROMs don't seem to be all that common, it wasn't noticed that the GUI was just using the US flag instead. Anyway... I fixed it and thanks to okaygo knew a ROM I could use to test.

Well it hasn't been there long ;) I added it for the KDE ui and it was in the branch only for a while.
