How would I go about fixing my sound?

Im trying to play SA2 and it's got it's moments where it'll play fine at the title screen and menus.
But Ingame it's kinda iffy.
And with video, If I dont use Capcom hack it's Not laggy just Kinda Slow motion.
And If I DO use it, it's a little "Too" fast. Know what I mean?

Usually there is no way to fix sound if a game has sound problems. If said game works without sound problems for others, then that is a clear indication of either your CD image being corrupt somehow or your sound card drivers being old/shitty.
