I'm currently experiencing two problems with Majora's Mask. First the Lens of Truth doesn't work at all, and the Bomber's Notebook can't be opened. I've tried a few different plugins, (Rice and Jabo's) but both problems still persist. Is there any way that these can be fixed?

if the same problem happens with different plugins then yes it is most likely your video card.
its his video card rice's video wont make a difference.
