Banjo tooie No controller?

It says there is no controller pluged in I've pluged and unpluger the controller option but the message won't go away and I can't do any thing I'm not very Tecknicle Plz help(can't spell either sory) :pj64: the L button woks for some reason though

mind exlaining the rdb part(sory) Nm you mean rom data base right? how do I do that?

I'm bumping this thread because I recently had the same problem occur.

I was playing fine and all of a sudden nothing happened.

At first it said No Controller. It doesn't anymore but nothing happens still.

I updated the .rdb files as mentioned above but it did not fix the problem.

The only other ROM I have is Banjo Kazooie and that has no problems.

I am using the 360 Controller. I have tried that and my keyboard and neither have worked with Banjo Tooie.

The controller used has nothing to do with this error message.

However an unupdated RDB and having the infinite AIR cheat enabled DOES.

I updated the RDB from the link you posted above. the problem was actually that 2 save files weren't working. I fortunately had a 3rd save file which worked and have been using that.

hey im having the same problem. can you tell me how you fixed it? what do you do to the save file?
