NDS2xGL2 Filter Problem

using this plug-in in all the versions of NO$GBA when i try to put a filter the games goes too slow!. The only filter that works at decent speed is bilinear but this filter does "nothing".

If someone can use this filters please tell me you computer specs and you NO$GBA config.

Radeon x1300pro 256 Mb DDR2
1024 Mb Ram DDR 400
