I have a p-3 800 MHz 128 RAM and a voodoo 3 3000. I use PJ 64 to play MM but it is too slow. Do someone knows a setting or a plugin to help me? The FPS are on 50, and I donīt know what to do...
(sorry bout my english, but Iīm brazilian...):satisfied

Wrong forum, moved. And 50 fps migh be correct if it's an european rom.

Either way 10fps under the maximum isn't too terribly bad.

Hmm. What OS are you using? Make sure you have frame buffer emulation turned off in the Graphics options.

I dual boot with Win98, and XP... XP is much worse.

I've optimized EVERYTHING!!! Cmos, Win98, WinXP... I have found every STABLE tweak for performance, and it still runs like crap!

Aaaaarrrrrrrggggghh!!!

XP is not slow.. maybe 3dfx XP drivers are slow

you guys realise that "change blending mode...." increases CPU requirements by 200Mhz+?

Could it be his video card (voodoo 3 3000. ) wasnt voodoo bad for runing roms?

make sure that your self-modifying code method in the rom settings is on check memory and cache and also that the counter factor is on 2.
and if that doesnt work i would say it would be the voodoo

Make sure you are not using interpreter, RBG emulation and/or
CFB (except for emulate clear and black) !!!!!!:pj64:
