  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

THIS IS FOR Project64 1.7 the format is zip

well this is the very first time i ever retexture anything so i dont know much about replacing color and things like that so dont be so hard on my mistakes

at first look the icons dont seen much but in the game most of then look pretty good so try then XD i re texture the pokeball and two pokemon a replace snorlax for muchlax and it look cool

A VERY LONG DETAIL GUIDE ABOUT RETEXTURE WOULD BE VERY WELCOME

Not bad, but this is a 1964 forum discussing Rice Texture Packs, not (assumingly pirated) Project 64 1.7 texture packs.

Now that´s unfair, you shouln´t jump to conclusions like that. (Although i have been known to do that myself sometimes) Anyway, i like the look on the character icons.

AS Ma Chao say theres also topic with project64 retexture thas why a put it here the best smash bros pack a ever see is the one thats making Gecko Lee and is here too
and the SSB64 Samus Brawl-style maded by guardianhx is also here but anyway i will make my icon for rices format too

Nice work! I do really like the character icons and these Pokémon do look good. The only thing you should take into consideration is that the pokeball has nine different animations including an opened one. The same goes with Meowth's coins. :)

I'm liking this so far. :) Here's what you should fix:

The Pokeball has a white border around it, the satellite dish has a black border around it, Link's head pic has a little white pixel at the top right, and Samus looks a little washed out.

thanks to everyone i will try to fix all of that but im not good in retexture thats why i was asking for a long detail guide if anybody got something that could help is gonna be very welcome and sorry that im a nobb but im not american X-fi6 so can you tell me please what you mean by washed out and i know about the pokeball is just that i could not get to do the animations AND HERE ARE THE SAME ICON BUT IN THE RICES FORMAT SO YOU CAN USE IT WITH RICE VIDEO PLUGIN AND ALSO AN UPDATE OF LINKS ICONS FOR PROJEC64 THAT SOULD FIX THE WHITE PIXEL IN HIS HEAD

well im working on that im just trying to get more Experience on retexturing so i can do a good job and heres some update i remake hitmonlee chansy poringon mew cleafary voltor the eggs of chansy in some of the cases a replace the poke forthe avolution one so we can see something diferent in the game

i was trying but i could not get everything as i want but if you see more close you will see that some of them are 3d but other not in any case the all look way better them the ones that comes with the game

Configure graphic plugin -> advanced -> force alpha blending should fix missing transparency effects for you. :)

Bah, I don't keep that setting on much Gecko Lee because in Zelda, Link becomes a little see-through.
