Okay...I don't know if this breaks any rules of the forum...but a simple question.

Do I take my Bios and Flash files and just stick them with the same folder that the emulator is in? or do I make a new folder...or is there an option in the emulator to do so?

Yes, you put Dc_bios.bin and Dc_flash bin in the same folder.
