Hey when i locate my ROM (Super Smash Bros. Melee) with Project64 it says : (The system cannot find the path specified). After it loads the game but it works. And when i play i here a crackling noise and i tried to download a plugin but when i drag it in to the folder it says accessed denied. And it says it might be in use. Is it because im on a limited account i have windows xp. Please help.
