my controller for goldeneye is too reactive, for example, on the weapon select (pause menu) one tap and ive scrolled down 4 weapons. Is there a waw to make it less reactive?

Well, if you're using a keyboard, tapping a button assigned to the control pad is the equivalent of thrusting the control stick all the way towards whatever direction the button you're pressing is bound to. The only way to fix it (to what I've heard) is you buy an N64 game controller USB adapter.
