The D-Pad on my controller has stopped working in Project 64, but it works on all non-emulated PC games. I've assigned the D-Pad to the directional buttons, but it doesn't work in-game. However, all other buttons work. How can this be fixed?

In what game? Surprisingly few games actually make use of the digital pad.

Are you sure the game doesn't use the directional pad or the C-buttons to move? It could simply be a matter of needing to remap the buttons to the correct ones on your controller. I find that in a number of games which use the c-buttons to control movement that I have to map them to the analog stick on my controller then save it as a new layout so I can quickly load it later.
