Yes there is. You'll need to download the N-Rage Direct Input Plugin and install it to your directory for plugins. Then set up the "macro" option in the controller profile, and you'll have a mouse working for you.

I'd give exact details on how to do it, but instructions for a great deal of the questions you'll have are in the following thread, along with the plug in as well as a basic configuration file that already has the mouse set up ala FPS style.
