Some Noob help

Noob help here im really sorry for this question but i cant seem to fix this problem im playing WWF No Mercy im running it on Project 64 1.6 and the problem is that each time i play the game i get this.

What is your video card? If it's something made by Intel (or something similar), use Jabo's Direct3D6 plugin. Don't expect No Mercy to be perfect though.

Then you didn't download a rom or you didn't extract the rom from the compressed archive.
