i own a mini keyboard, which does not contain a numpad, it does however have the + and - key in the second row as most keyboards do, so how am i going to oc my emu? can i map my key into a config file or something?

My guess is that you can't do anything about it.

Tried the on-screen keyboard?

OC isn't gonna screw up my real cpu or mess up my hardware....right?

The OC only affects how the emulated Dreamcast CPU runs, not your system. :/
