Majora's Mask system burp!?

i have been playing this game and it starts out smooth but after every 5 mins it like freezes for 2 secs and then goes fast as if trying to catch up with itself i have a 1.7 ghz sempron and i think maybe the proc is running to many programs... plz help

Go to the sound configuration and tick off "Sync game to audio". This works for any Jabo sound plugin.

If that doesn't work, what is your graphics card? To find out, Start > Run > DxDiag. Save the file and copy & paste it here so we can further diagnose the problem. Your GFX card might be the problem. If your GFX card is supported by PJ64, then update your drivers.

I had thought that Sync Game to Audio was what would've helped keep the FPS synched, but then again maybe I'm just too used to seeing FPS instead of VI/s.
