Problem loading plugins?

Hi. Forgive me if this has been answered somewhere, but I can't find anything on it.

I've been trying to use Glide64 and Rice video plugin for Paper Mario, but whenever I load open up P64 and go to settings, it says that it can't find ____.dll.

I use Vista, if that might be a problem.

I'm guessing the plugins can't initialize in Vista?

Sometimes, I think to myself, I miss Windows 98.
